Qualifications

·   With more than twenty years of experience, installing, testing, operating, video telecommunication systems and managing day to day contract labor.

·   Consistent record of accomplishing short and long term business objectives.        

·   Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work multiple task under pressure to meet customer deadlines.

·   Current clearances held are Treasury BI and a DOD Secret.

·   Excellent writing, presentation, verbal skills, report preparation and technical writing

·   Ability to read and interpret design specification and technical drawings

·   Knowledge of project management, manpower schedule building, structured cabling, digital video surveillance concepts, management platforms, Microwave, broadcast video, ISDN and IP network, digital and analog video, AV equipment and installations, IP/Analog cameras, VTC equipment and concepts, video encoders, wired and wireless network design and implementation including Ethernet solutions.

·                        Responsible for the structured wiring, installation and deployment of over 80 conference room, with the capability of laptop presentation, VTC, IPTV and Digital Signage monitors to over 4500 customers at the Washington Navy Yard.

·                        Responsible for leading a team to stand up a IP-VTC network.

·                        Responsible for the development and management of 2 engineering teams consisting of 12 engineers at the Navy Yard and Quantico.

·                        Responsible for parts call out and layer one for IPTV and Digital Signage infrastructure at the Washington Navy Yard.

·   Assume duties of technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Office of Border Patrol (OBP) and Enforcement Technology Program (ETP)

·   Assume role of technical lead in a project team environment utilizing the System Life Cycle (SLC)

·   Define, assess, develop, and document functional requirements for each Remote Video Surveillance System (RVSS) project during SLC Stage 1: Authorization and Initiation
